Washington Adult Protective Services (WA APS)

Adult Protective Services receives and investigates reports of abuse, abandonment, neglect, self-neglect, and financial exploitation of vulnerable adults living in the community. To report concerns statewide, call 1-877-734-6277 (TTY 1-833-866-5595) or report online. For concerns about someone living in a nursing home, adult family home, or assisted living facility, contact the Complaint Resolution Unit instead.

Who it is for

Vulnerable adults who may be victims of abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation, and family members, neighbors, or professionals concerned about them. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
