CLEAR Legal Aid Hotline (Northwest Justice Project) (CLEAR Hotline)

CLEAR (Coordinated Legal Education, Advice and Referral) is Washington's toll-free civil legal aid hotline for people with low incomes, covering problems that affect basic needs such as family safety, protection orders, housing, and public benefits. Outside King County, call 1-888-201-1014 on weekdays. In King County, call 2-1-1. Seniors age 60 and over can call CLEAR*Sr at 1-888-387-7111. The companion WashingtonLawHelp website offers free self-help legal information and forms.
